The owners of this semi-detached house wanted more space for their growing family but before calling the estate agents, they contacted Sammon Building Contractors to explore whether the property could be extended to create the extra space they required.
This particular property had a lot of space at the side that was used as a parking area but had the potential to be utilised much more effectively. In order to maintain the parking space we built a garage, which also lends itself to a number of other uses and adds value to the property. An extra bedroom was then added, complete with a stylish balcony to create a real focal point for the home.
As you can see from the letter, the owner is delighted with the results.
