When the owners of a dated two bedroom bungalow decided to move out of the area, they were keen to maximise the value of their property in order to achieve the highest possible sale price and appointed Sammon Building Contractors to unlock the site's potential.
After considering a number of options, we decided that the best way to add substantial value would be to replace the old bungalow with a brand new five bedroom detached house.
Work was soon underway and we handled every aspect of the project including the demolition of the old house, the construction of the new home, landscaping, driveways and completely fitting out the new home's interior with a high quality kitchen and modern bathroom suites. The whole project was completed in just three months and within budget.
